How to present the perfect Sales Pitch

The invitation to pitch for a new account is a fantastic opportunity to strut your stuff in front of the client.

Done well it will generate new revenue streams, enhance profits and simultaneously build your reputation.

Here is the process to winning the sales pitch. No one bit is more important than any other. It is a process and if one bit is missed out it could jeopardise the entire pitch.

The outline is as follows:

  • Plan - Craft a plan, as simple as possible, as complex as necessary
  • Act - Deliver the pitch
  • Review - Get feedback
  • Improve - Use the feedback to improve
